Position based in Abidjan-Ivory Coast

 (01) FINANCE MANAGER H/F

You will be responsible for :

The pro-active delivery of financial management in an efficient and effective manner.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Interpret financial data and provide meaningful analysis to management along with anticipated trends as well as identifying any potential risks within the business.

The couple of these goals should go through these below Key Right Activities such listed :

• Planning and budgeting
• Monitoring and reporting of key indicators including revenues and expenses - daily cash flows
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs
• Implementation, following up, management and optimization of financial indicators
• Implement and manage financial risk methodologies
• Liaise with Group Finance Head
• Facilitate the implementation of the Performance Management Process.
• Facilitate Learning and Development for all staff, including performance improvement plans
• Ensure full compliance of HR procedures and processes such as payroll, leave

Profil recherché

Holder of a BAC + 5 in Finance, Audit and Management Control, Accounting or related training, you justify a successful experience of seven (07) years in a similar function. You demonstrate excellent skills in Finance and Financial Analysis. 

You have a good in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry. You have a sense of management, you have a sense of result and rigor. You have a solid knowledge of Ivorian taxation. You have a perfect practice of English.
